‘Children’s Church exists to lovingly create relevant opportunities for children to know
Jesus personally, to grow in that relationship and be equipped for life.'

What is Children's Church?
Children’s Church is the name for the group aged 3-11 years old that meet on Sunday mornings at Newbury Baptist Church. People of all ages first meet in church at 11am
for the family service and enjoy fellowship and worship. After 20 minutes the children then leave and the fun really begins!
The children break in to 2 groups, ages 3 - 4 and 5-11, called ‘Rainbows’ and ‘Sunshiners & Fireworks’. Within these groups
they look at a different bible stories in interactive and exciting ways such as group work, games, crafts, bible study and much much more!
For more information, including details of the curriculum that the children follow, and the NBC Child Protection Policy, Please see the Children's Church Information Sheet.
