The NBC vision is to:
GROW as DISCIPLES of Jesus
GROW as a Church COMMUNITY,
GROW in effective MISSION.
The vision is inspired by
Isaiah 58 and is focussed in three main areas:
DISCIPLESHIP โ The training and development of every church member
COMMUNITY โ To be more community focussed
MISSION โ Looking outside of Church Life
These three areas must be met with SUPPORT to enable them grow and be effective.
Practically this vision builds on the Every Member Ministry, which sees every member of the Church involved in church life and taking ownership of the vision and alongside the NBC core values which can be found
here.
